Main function

The steel pusher is a special equipment to push the billet into the heating furnace in the steel rolling production line.
Complete the loading and delivery of billet in the furnace.It makes full use of hydraulic cylinder advantages,hydraulic systems' large output,small volume and easy operation, which reduces the pushing  process and the cost of equipment as well.Compared with the old mechanical pushing machine, the floor space is reduced to the original 1/2 to 1/3,easier to operate, and long-term stable performance.


Pushing machine by the base, hydraulic cylinder, guide rod, push head, hydraulic system and control system, etc.
Pedal
Welded by section steel and steel plate, it supports and fixes the stable operation of oil cylinder.
Hydraulic cylinder
The cylinder is made of high strength seamless steel tube,which ensures the smooth inside of the cylinder wall and  reduces the friction of the sealing ring.The cylinder rod is made of high quality 40Cr with hard chrome plating on the surface to prolong the service life of the cylinder rod.
Guide bar
It is made of high strength round steel to ensure vertical operation of oil cylinder and smooth pushing of billet into furnace.
Push head
Install on the end of the hydraulic cylinder and guide rod,walking with the cylinder sticking out.
Hydraulic circuit system
It is composed of hydraulic station,oil pump motor,air filter,oil return filter,valve block and oil pipe,etc.It has the function of supplying oil and driving oil cylinder.
Electrical control system
Keep away from the pushing area,stop the pump freely,relieve the pressure,start smoothly and ensure safe operation.
