Fuzhou Yanchuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd, located in Fuzhou City Fujian China, has the stronger ability of design development and manufacture formetallurgical engineering. "Yanchuang"means creating and innovating strictly in Chinese. There are more than 130 employees, among which the high-tech talent accounts for 37% in our company. Meanwhile, we have cooperated with many large and medium-sized universities and design institutes to jointly develop and solve various projects. In September 2016, it was awarded as a technology enterprise by fujian provincial science and technology department, and obtained ISO9001 quality system certification and multiple practical patents.

According to the background of the international steel market, we continue to develop and improve our products in recent years, the "YANCHUANG"Brand metallurgy equipment such as intermediate frequency furnace manipulator, furnace charger vehicle, hydraulic shear and scrap bundler, have been sold to over 20 provinces and regions. Besides they are exported to Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and other southeast Asian countries and Africa regions, well received by customers.

3. Founder: Mr Liu Pei Sheng, the founder of Yan Chuang Technology, has been wedded to the metallurgy industry all his life. In the past two decades, he became familiar with the short process of medium-frequency furnace steelmaking, continuous casting and rolling by virtue of hard work, diligence and eagerness after his graduation from university. Due to the understanding of the steel production process, he knows the importance and the practicability of all devices. In 2014, the founder organized his team to jointly develope the furnace charger vehicle and manipulator for intermediate frequency induction furnace, which not only reduce the working intensity and safety accidents of the steelmaking workers, but also greatly improve the output of steel, playing a very important role in energy saving and consumption reduction. Besides, he and his team continued improving production process of continuous casting and rolling on the basic of traditional rolling production technology that through heating the billet in heating furnace and then rolling. What their innovation is improving machine performance and adjusting the process, ensuring that the billet temperature at the end of continuous casting meets the rolling requirement and then be sent to the mill production line. Thus it greatly improves production efficiency and reduces production cost.
