Product Description

Located directly in front of the heating furnace outlet side, the discharge machine is used to push the billet heated in the heating furnace  onto the roller table smoothly and quickly. Pinch roller discharge machine is widely used. The ejector rod is moved by two feed rollers, and the thrust is limited by the friction between the ejector rod and the feed rollers, so the discharge machine can guarantee not overload. The ejector rod is usually clamped by the spring pressed by the pressed bolt through the feed rollers. The ejector rod moves in the guide slot, and water cools the rod. The feed rollers are driven by motor through reducer and is widely used in the steeling rolling workshop.
