In order to meet the above functions, the crystallizer adopts the structure of narrow water gap and high water speed cooling. This structure will effectively avoid the local boiling of cooling water, so that the slab passing through the crystallizer not only increases the shell thickness, but also reduces the corner cracks and off square. The crystallizer is mainly composed of copper tubes, inner and outer water jackets, 0-stage sprinkler, etc. The copper pipe is an arc-shaped pipe with parabolic taper, which is sealed with seals. The upper flange is clamped on the upper part of the outer water jacket, and the lower flange positions the copper pipe, which can make the copper pipe expand freely. The outer water jacket is a steel plate weldment, with cooling water inlet and outlet pipes of the crystallizer. The support plate for aligning and connecting the crystallizer and the vibrating device is used to fix the upper flange of the copper pipe and the lower flange and protective plate for positioning the copper pipe. The inner water jacket is made of stainless steel to ensure the high flow rate of cooling water in the water gap on the outer wall of the copper pipe and uniform cooling of the copper pipe. The water jacket crystallizer uses specially equipped circulating cooling water to enter the outer water jacket from the water inlet pipe of the crystallizer (the low-temperature water in the water gap around the copper pipe goes down and up along the outer surface of the copper pipe), and finally the high-temperature water leaves the crystallizer from the water outlet pipe on the upper part of the copper pipe.
