Product Description

Function: perform forced water spray cooling on the surface of the slab leaving the mold, so that the shell thickens rapidly until it is completely solidified. The temperature drop rate on the slab surface has different requirements for different steel grades, so the spray density distribution is very critical to the final internal quality of the slab. Structure: automatic water distribution structure is adopted. The sprinkler system consists of the following three sections. Section 0: it is the foot roll water ring under the crystallizer, which is cooled by full water nozzle. 1. The two sections are distributed between the crystallizer and the tension leveler, fixed on the supporting roller seat of the secondary cooling guide device, and cooled by full water nozzle. Each section of spray water has an independent water supply regulating circuit. Each steel grade and each section has an independent water distribution meter. When producing 165x225 and 165x280 steel billets, the secondary cooling spray device is purchased separately.
