1)Pedestal

2)Hydraulic cylinder
The cylinder is made of high-strength seamless steel tube, which ensures the inside of the cylinder wall is smooth and reduces the friction of the sealing ring.The cylinder rod is made of high quality 45#, with hard chrome plating on the surface to prolong the service life of the cylinder rod.
3)Guide rod
Made of 45# round steel, ensure the vertical operation of the cylinder, and push billet smoothly into the furnace.
4)Push top
Install on the end of the hydraulic cylinder and guide rod,walking with the cylinder sticking out.
5)Hydraulic system
It is composed of hydraulic station,oil pump motor,air filter,oil return filter,valve block and oil pipe,etc.It has the function of supplying oil and driving oil cylinder.
6)Control system
Keep away from the pushing area,stop the pump freely,relieve the pressure,start smoothly and ensure safe operation.
