The electric ladlevehicle is a metallurgical vehicle for transporting molten steel tanks and slag tanks under the furnace of steelmaking plant to and from various related stations. It has the characteristics of reasonable design, high structural strength, large carrying capacity and smooth operation. Because of the heat insulation layer and protective cover around the transmission device, the thermal radiation of molten steel and slag is effectively avoided, and the service life of the transmission device is greatly improved.
Main structure description
1)Vehicle frame
The frame is the main component of the vehicle and the basic frame supporting and connecting each device. It mainly consists of two longitudinal beams and four crossbeams. The longitudinal beams and crossbeams are box-shaped structures, thus guaranteeing the strength and rigidity of the frame.
2)Ladle frame
The tank frame of ladle car is welded by steel plate. After adjustment, it is welded on the car body to support the parts of molten steel tank.
3)Wheel group Two sets of wheels, one is directly connected with the output shaft of the reducer, and the other is connected with the floating shaft. The outer end cover of the bearing seat of the wheel set is provided with an oil injection hole, which is used to inject lubricating grease into the bearing regularly. To prevent dust and impurities from entering the bearing, the bearing is sealed with a screw plug.
4)Motor driving system
The motor is connected with reducer, reducer and wheel set by double teeth coupling with strong bearing capacity and reliable operation, which is used to compensate the relative deviation of the two connecting axles caused by track deformation.

5)Cable reel
The car adopts heavy hammer cable drum, or moment motor or spring slip ring cable drum according to user's requirements. The cable drum is equipped with pulley group and heavy hammer to adjust cable tension during travel. The weight of heavy hammer can be adjusted according to working stroke and cable strength. It has the characteristics of simple structure and reliable operation.

Flame-retardant cables are used according to working conditions, and the number of core and diameter of cables are determined according to transmission power.
6)Electric control system
The car has an external electrical control device, which is used to control the forward and backward movement and stop of the vehicle. It can also use the automatic control system of the PLC device. In order to ensure the stability of vehicle starting and braking, frequency-sensitive rheostat is installed in the motor. The power supply cable in the car body is first wound on the winding pipe at one end of the car body and fixed by a wire clamp. Then it enters the junction box through the threading pipe on the outside of the car body.
7)Rail cleaner
Rail cleaners are installed at both ends of the electric steel water car. When the car body is moving forward, the pin axle on the wheel seat is lifted under the friction of the roller to remove the steel slag and other debris on the track, so as to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle. When the car goes back, the pin axle falls down, the baffle is raised, and the debris such as steel slag is prevented from being dragged back.
